Galvanized Iron (GI)

Introduction

Galvanized Iron (GI) material that is commonly used in HVAC system with thickness ranging from 0.56mm to 1.5mm with an anti-resistant feature and durable.

Common application in residential, commercial buildings, industrial and multi-use projects.

Standards

Manufacturing process follow DW144, SMACNA and ASHRAE standards.

Mild Steel (M.S.)

Introduction

Utilize mild steel iron, that has malleable and ductile features that are assembled by the process of welding.

Application

Common application, kitchen exhaust and Hood, Industrial extract.

Stainless Steel (S.S.)

Introduction

A fusion of chromium and nickel with high temperature durability and corrosion resistant having a grade of 316 / 304

Application

Suitable for kitchen hood, Environmental exposed ducts, Hazardous space.

PIR and Phenolic

Introduction

Pre-insulated (PI) duct work which utilize polyisocyanurate panels embossed with 80/80 or 80/200 aluminum faced with a density ranging from 45 to 50Kg/m3.
Phenolic with the same characteristics of PI has the feature of fire resistant material (Fire Rated)

Small, Medium, Large residential and commercial buildings.

Joinery Works

Combined with high technology, well equipped machinery and experienced craftsman our joinery facility is able to produce all types of carpentry services that includes doors, kitchen cabinets, wood works and interior decoration that is customized to client satisfaction.
